**Job Title:** Housing Services Officer

**About the Role:** We are seeking a passionate individual to join our team of community workers, dedicated to supporting vulnerable people in public housing.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering client-centred services, providing housing advice and assistance, and undertaking tasks related to tenancy and property management.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Work with tenants to assist and support them in maintaining their tenancies.
Carry out property inspections every 6 months and complete required property reports.
Attend court/tribunal hearings where necessary to represent the interest of the department.
Ensure tenancy and property records are kept up to date and information recorded meets the department and regulatory standards.
Maintain positive relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
