Our client is a non-banking finance company "NBFC" registered with the Reserve Bank of India as a systemically important non-deposit taking company. They provide structured term financing solutions to corporates, used and new Vehicle Financing for transporters, Home Finance through our wholly owned subsidiary organization which gives loans to SME borrowers in India.
Established as a strong player in the Corporate Lending and SME lending space, in 2017 they made foray into the retail lending space – launching 2 products – Home Finance and Vehicle Finance.

Job Title: State Credit Head – Housing Finance - Pune
Job Responsibility
Ensuring quality of portfolio for the region being managed
Collections efficiency to be maintained for the defined buckets
OTC/PDD, audit & other control measures to be managed and aligned
Initiative in creating awareness on existing policies, market information and
applying the same for improving existing policies & processes
Customer handling skills and capability of resolving customer issues,
clarifying queries and enhancing the customer relationships
Team management to ensure productivity and delivery
Key Skills:

Good understanding of the business & market in the state/region being
managed
Ability to drive team to focus on business goals and behaviour being driven
Keen outlook in maintaining a clean portfolio
Mandatory:
Experience in managing multiple branch teams and locations
Experience of working in Credit Vertical

Experience: 8-10 years work experience in home finance space, with atleast 3- 5 years in
the relevant affordable housing segment in credit vertical
Job Location: Pune
Working Days: 5 days
Qualification: Post Graduate/MBA/CA
