To support the continued growth of our US operations, we are looking for a reliable and hands-on Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team in Tucson.
The Role
As a Warehouse Associate, you are responsible for the accurate and efficient handling of incoming and outgoing goods.
You will make sure that products are received, checked, stored, picked, packed and shipped correctly and on time. Accuracy is especially important, as we work with electronic components and products that require careful handling and correct identification. You will work closely with our US team and communicate with colleagues involved in Sales, Internal Sales and Logistics.
This is a part-time position of approximately 16–20 hours per week, based at our Tucson, Arizona location.
Key Responsibilities
Receiving & Inventory
Receive and inspect incoming shipments
Verify quantities, part numbers and shipping documentation
Register goods accurately in the system
Store products in the correct warehouse locations
Maintain accurate inventory records and support stock counts
Report damaged goods or inventory discrepancies
Order Picking & Packing
Pick and verify products according to customer orders
Pack orders carefully and professionally
Prepare shipping labels and documentation
Ensure orders are ready for shipment on time
Shipping & Logistics
Prepare outgoing shipments for UPS, FedEx and other logistics partners
Process shipment information in carrier and internal systems
Coordinate pickups and deliveries
Track shipments when required
General Warehouse Support
Support returns and RMA shipments
Work with Sales and Internal Sales to ensure accurate and timely deliveries
Maintain a clean, organized and safe warehouse
Support general warehouse activities and process improvements
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who is reliable, accurate and enjoys working in a practical and hands-on environment. You are comfortable working independently and take responsibility for completing tasks accurately and on time.
Ideally, you have:
Previous experience in a warehouse, shipping, receiving or logistics environment
A structured and accurate way of working
Good organizational skills
A hands-on and proactive attitude
Basic computer skills
Good communication skills in English
The ability to work independently as well as part of a small team
Attention to detail when handling part numbers, quantities and documentation
Experience with electronic components, ESD-sensitive products, ERP systems or international shipping is an advantage, but not essential.
