Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Create engaging content, including posts, reels, stories, and short videos.
Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
Write basic content for social media, blogs, and promotional materials.
Conduct market and competitor research.
Track campaign performance and prepare simple reports.
Coordinate with the content and design team to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
Requirements:
Pursuing or completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or any related field.
Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
Good communication and creative thinking skills.
Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools is a plus.
Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute to a fast-growing team.
