The Opportunity
This role is well suited to new graduates as well as experienced clinicians. This is an ideal role for a Diabities Educator who wants clinical autonomy, flexibility, and support to grow their own client base within a collaborative environment.

Reception, bookings, and admin handled for you
Work closely with an experienced Allied Health practitioners in a collaborative setting
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
Provide care, treatment, and management to clients from pediatric to adult ages
Be able to work independently and efficiently
Be able to solve both clinical and non-clinical problems in day-to-day work.
Be confident with your clinical knowledge across a variety of scenarios
Be involved in liaising with multiple stakeholders regarding patient care.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with other allied health professionals and referring practitioners
Manage a varied caseload including private clients, EPC/Medicare, NDIS, DVA, and aged care (if needed)
Uphold professional and ethical standards
Essential Criteria
Credentialled Diabetes Educator certification
Professional liability/Public indemnity insurance
Demonstrate a passion for continuing to learn and grow in both a clinical and non-clinical perspective.
Strong verbal communication skills.
A commitment to a high level of customer service to your clients and customers
Be confident in your role while being open to feedback.
Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
Commitment to evidence -based, person - centred care
Strong time management and clinical documentation skills
Willingness to actively contribute to business growth through networking, community engagement, and relationship building with referrers
