At StarKids Salon Spa, we create more than haircuts — we create happy memories. We’re Melbourne’s leading kids and family salon, known for our fun, creative, and caring approach.
From trendy haircuts and styling to sparkly braids to gentle spa pampering and birthday party magic, our team brings smiles, confidence, and joy to every child who walks through our doors.
We’re now expanding across Melbourne’s Southeast and looking for passionate, Positive people to join our growing family. We have exciting roles for:
Qualified Hairdressers / Stylists
Creative Braiding, Spa & Beauty Specialists
Whether you’re an experienced stylist, a talented braider, or someone who simply loves working with kids and creativity — you’ll thrive in our bright, supportive, and joy-filled environment.

If You Are:
A qualified hairdresser or barber who’s confident in cutting and styling with valid working rights in Australia.
Calm, patient, and caring, especially when working with kids.
Reliable, motivated, and eager to grow your skills in a supportive team.
Someone who loves making every child (and parent) feel special.
A team player who brings positivity and good energy to work every day.
About the Role
Hours: Full-time Or part-time/casual if preferred.
Flexible start/finish times — including school-friendly hours.
Family-friendly roster — no late nights or stressful overtime.
Pay Rate: 65000-70,000 a year; In addition to Award rates ($30- $40 per hour weekday+ Weekend loading, we offer Super+ Bonuses and other staff Incentives, depending on experience and role.
