The starting salary for this position is $16.50 per hour.

What will you do in this job?:
Ensures service standards are met and surpassed by creating the Starbucks experience for customers by providing prompt service, quality beverages and products and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment
Delivering legendary customer service to all customers by acting with a “customers come first” attitude
Anticipating customer and store needs by constantly evaluating the environment and customers for cues
Assisting customers in the selection of specialty coffee beverages
Maintaining customer service area and equipment in a clean and appealing manner
Following company recipes and standards, following health and safety sanitation guidelines for all products
Adhering to cash handling and register policies
What skills and experience do you need for this job?:
Possess a high level of customer service
Highly motivated and a quick learner
Enjoys multitasking has a high level of stress management skills
Communicates well and is flexible
Previous cash handling is an asset
