En tant que stagiaire – chargé(e) de projet manufacturier (profil mécanique), vous contribuerez activement à la conception, à l’amélioration et à l’optimisation des équipements et procédés industriels. Accompagné(e) par des experts, vous participerez à des projets concrets ayant un impact direct sur la performance opérationnelle et la qualité des productions. Ce stage vous permettra d’acquérir une expérience pratique en conception mécanique, en coordination de projets industriels et en amélioration continue au sein d’un environnement manufacturier. Votre Impact Concevoir des pièces et des outillages à l’aide de logiciels CAO (Inventor, CREO ou équivalent). Coordonner les activités de mise en service et d’optimisation des installations et équipements industriels. Évaluer les risques liés aux projets et contribuer à la prise de décision afin de respecter les livrables, les budgets et les échéanciers. Contribuer au développement d’indicateurs de performance pour assurer la stabilité des procédés. Gérer les priorités dans un environnement en constante évolution. Commander les pièces nécessaires pour soutenir la production et les projets. Collaborer avec les opérateurs et les équipes de maintenance pour réaliser des projets d’amélioration. Participer à l’amélioration des procédés manufacturiers afin d’assurer la qualité des produits et le respect des délais. Votre Profil Étudiant(e) au baccalauréat en génie mécanique, génie industriel ou production automatisée (profil mécanique). Intérêt marqué pour la conception et l’amélioration des procédés industriels. Bonne capacité d’analyse, de résolution de problèmes et de gestion de priorités. Aptitudes à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément. Connaissance des logiciels CAO (AutoCAD, Inventor, CREO ou équivalent). Leadership et initiative dans l’implantation de solutions d’amélioration. Esprit d’équipe et bonnes habiletés de communication. Autonomie, rigueur et professionnalisme. Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais. As a Manufacturing Project Engineering Intern (Mechanical Profile), you will actively contribute to the design, improvement, and optimization of industrial equipment and processes. Supported by experienced professionals, you will be involved in hands-on projects with a direct impact on operational performance and product quality. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience in mechanical design, industrial project coordination, and continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment. Your Impact Design parts and tooling using CAD software (Inventor, CREO, or equivalent). Coordinate commissioning and optimization activities for industrial equipment and installations. Assess project risks and support decision-making to meet deliverables, budgets, and timelines. Contribute to the development of performance indicators to monitor process stability. Manage priorities in a fast-paced environment with changing deadlines. Order parts to support production and project activities. Collaborate with operators and maintenance teams to execute improvement projects. Participate in manufacturing process improvements to ensure product quality and on-time delivery. Your Profile Student enrolled in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Automated Production (mechanical profile). Strong interest in mechanical design and industrial process improvement. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and prioritization skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Inventor, CREO, or equivalent). Demonstrated leadership in implementing improvement solutions. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Autonomous, detail-oriented, and professional. Proficiency in French and English.
