Full Job Description
The Workflow Coordinator is an intermediate level position responsible for providing day to day support in alignment with Staffing Office Onboarding operations infrastructure and processes.
Responsibilities:
Monitor SLA's of incoming / pending requests and prioritize work appropriately
Analyze requests and determine most efficient resource to handle them
Manages the department SNOW case manager, mailboxes and dashboards accordingly and is responsible for work assignment / re-assignment
Assist with production of critical and urgent work
Assists with supplier, client and Staffing Office team questions, inquiries and escalations
Provides assistance with planning and executing training and cross-training for new/existing staff
Assists with reporting and internal projects as needed
Maintains current knowledge of all operating procedures and is responsible for requesting procedure updates as needed
Communicate pertinent information to senior managers and support activities that help mitigate organization risk or impact as needed
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency
Acts as an SME to senior stakeholders, clients and /or other team members
Qualifications:
0-2 years relevant experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
Self-motivated and detail oriented
Proven organization and time management skills
Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s/University degree preferred
