Job Description:

Rg Stone Urology & Laparoscopy Hospital is looking for a dedicated and skilled Staff Nurse to provide high-quality patient care. The Staff Nurse will be responsible for administering prescribed medications, monitoring their effects, and coordinating nursing care for patients according to established clinical practice standards. The role includes collaborating with various healthcare professionals, ensuring patient safety, and participating in quality improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:
• Administer prescribed medication and monitor patient responses at Rg Stone Urology & Laparoscopy Hospital
• Coordinate nursing care for patients based on established clinical practice standards
• Collaborate with doctors, consultants, and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care delivery
• Actively participate in quality improvement programs to enhance nursing practices

Requirements:
• B.Sc Nursing / GNM qualification
• Proven experience as a Staff Nurse in a hospital setting
• Strong knowledge of clinical practices and patient care protocols
• Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals at Rg Stone Urology & Laparoscopy Hospital
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage inventory and follow protocols efficiently
