RUNGTA HOSPITAL & RESEARCH CENTER is looking for Staff Nurse - CTVS ICU ,Emergency to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide skilled nursing care to cardiac surgery and trauma patients (pre-operative & post-operative).
• Assist surgeons and anesthetists during CTVS procedures and emergency interventions.
• Monitor vitals, ventilator parameters, infusion pumps, and hemodynamic indicators.
• Maintain strict infection control practices in ICU and Emergency settings.
• Administer high-alert medications (inotropes/vasopressors) as per protocols and ensure safe drug administration.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for holistic patient care and rapid stabilization.
• Support families by providing updates, education, and counselling regarding patient condition and post-surgery care.
• Document nursing care in HIS/EMR accurately (Medication charts, Triage notes).
• Ensure readiness of equipment (Defibrillator, Ventilator) and emergency supplies in ICU/ER.
