Staff Development Nurse
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Staff Development Nurse to join our team at Hollywood Private Hospital. As a key member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, delivering, and evaluating our training and education programs.
About You:
Relevant registration with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia
A minimum of 5 years post-registration experience
Demonstrated experience working towards and achieving team KPIs
Commitment and positive attitude towards education and professional development
Proven ability in delivery of formal/informal education
About the Role:
Develop, implement, deliver, and evaluate training and education programs
Facilitate regular orientations, in-servicing, and clinical competence programs
Report directly to the Hospital Training & Development Manager
