Role Description This is a remote internship role for an HR Recruiter at HINDUSTAN RECRUITMENT. The intern will assist with sourcing candidates through online platforms, job boards, and social networks, as well as screening resumes to match role requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating interviews, maintaining accurate candidate records, and supporting communication between candidates and hiring teams. The HR Recruiter intern will help draft job postings, contribute to employer branding activities, and support basic HR and recruitment administration tasks. The role offers exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes, with guidance from senior team members and opportunities to learn industry best practices.
Qualifications
Strong interest in Human Resources and recruitment, with a desire to learn end-to-end hiring processes.
Good written and verbal communication skills, including professional email and phone etiquette.
Ability to use online job portals, professional networking platforms, and basic applicant tracking tools.
Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple roles and priorities remotely.
Comfort with remote collaboration tools (e.g., video conferencing, shared documents, chat platforms).
Attention to detail in maintaining candidate data, scheduling interviews, and documenting feedback.
Collaborative mindset, openness to feedback, and willingness to take initiative within defined guidelines.
Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
