This role offers hands-on exposure to construction accounting and job costing, supporting the Finance Manager with vendor invoice processing, cost tracking, and month-end reporting, with a clear path to grow into a Project Accountant role
Accurately review, code, and classify vendor invoices by project and cost type
Support job costing and project cost tracking
Maintain accounting data within Viewpoint Spectrum
Assist with reconciliations and month-end close
Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate financial data
Provide general accounting support as needed
Follow established accounting procedures while learning construction-specific best practices
