Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
The SSRS Developer position requires the ability to read and write complex queries, create database objects, and modify existing reporting content. To succeed, an individual must understand business processes, gather requirements, work efficiently, and verify results.
Key Responsibilities include:
Compiling user requirements and specifications for reports
Designing, creating, and testing SQL reports using SSRS
Validating report functionality with internal staff/end users
Responding to users to troubleshoot and/or improve existing reports
Developing expertise in Microsoft SQL Server Database Platform and Microsoft Reporting Services Development Environments
Collaborating with customers and internal teams to develop new report requirements, changes to existing reports, and identify reporting errors
Contributing to customer acceptance testing through collaboration with internal QA
