Job Description:
- Configures and Manages the Organizations JIRA and Confluence System
- In Depth Understanding of JIRA System and past experience with JIRA Customization
- Evaluate JIRA and Confluence plug-ins, determine licensing needs, and perform testing, installation and configuration of the plug-ins
- Understanding and customization of JIRA APIs and Webhooks
- Support and configure JIRA Pluggins as required in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Creating, updating and optimizing custom workflows, screens, fields and dashboards
- Create JIRA projects, queries and reports as required
- Support, compile and troubleshoot Atlassian tools
- 4-5 Yrs of experience in supporting JIRA
- MCA / Engineering Graduate having past experience with JIRA Administration
- Working experience with both windows and Linux OS

4 - 6 years

- B.Tech/B.E in IT,
