Data Engineer
- Good in Databricks Administration Tasks
- Knowledge on AWS services like S3, Glue Database & IAM
- Basic working knowledge on terraform.
- Working knowledge on scripting languages such as shell scripts or Python or SQL. (Good to have Pyspark knowledge.)
- Have working experience on Jenkins CI CD pipelines & Bitbucket or equivalent services.
- Process Oriented and knowledge about Agile Scrum methodologies & framework.
- Knowledge about Tickets management on JIRA or equivalent tic keting tool.
- Excellent verbal written communication skills, including communicating technical issues to non-technical audiences and presentation skills.
- Job Monitoring, managing incidents, monitoring SLA s
- Experience with Atlassian Tools, JIRA, Confluence etc.,

# Monitor, maintain and administer a suite of business applications, data platforms, and associated systems to proactively identify potential issues and prevent production imp act
# Provide application support via phone, remote assistance technologies, and through written communications
Must have Good communication skills
# Dagnose and troubleshoot complex, end-user applications as well as data related issues and escalate to appropriate teams for bug fixes enhancements
# Exposure to Industry standard Monitoring and ITSM Tools is an added advantage
# Maintain SLA adherence by following established policies and procedure
# Strong attention to detail, sense of urgency, a nd willingness to learn
# Quick thinking, analytical, organizational and strong troubleshooting skills
# Excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills with strong business acumen
# Must demonstrate professionalism, diplomacy and be able to work wi th a variety of personalities
