As we continue to grow and expand, we are seeking a seasoned Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team.
Role and Responsibility:
Financial Reportingand and analyse financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Ensure accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting.
Tax Compliance:
Manage and file various tax returns, including GST, TDS, and income tax returns, in compliance with Indian tax laws. Liaise with external tax advisors and government authorities as required.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
Assist in the development of annual budgets and forecasts. Monitor variances and provide insights to management to support decision-making.
General Ledger Management:
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts. Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
Accounts Payable and Receivable:
Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes. Ensure timely processing of invoices and payments, and monitor receivables for timely collections.
Financial Analysis:
Conduct financial analysis, including variance analysis and trend analysis, to identify areas for improvement and support strategic decision-making.
Audit Support:
Coordinate and provide support for internal and external audits. Ensure compliance with auditing standards and address audit findings promptly.
Compliance and Controls:
Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets. Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 5/6 years of accounting experience-depth knowledge of Indian accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
