Telecaller — Digital Marketing Agency, Jaipur
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're a growing digital marketing agency looking for a confident and target-driven Telecaller to reach out to potential clients, follow up on leads, and help grow our client base. You'll be the first voice prospects hear, so energy, professionalism and persuasion matter.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided lead lists
- Explain the agency's services clearly and handle objections confidently
- Follow up with warm leads and schedule discovery calls for senior team
- Maintain and update CRM with call logs, status and follow-up notes
- Meet weekly and monthly call and conversion targets
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 0–2 years of telecalling or inside sales experience (freshers welcome)
- Fluent in Hindi; basic English communication preferred
- Confident phone manner with good listening skills
- Comfortable with targets and performance tracking
- Basic familiarity with Excel or CRM tools
NICE TO HAVE
Prior experience calling for a marketing, real estate or edtech company. Knowledge of digital marketing services is a bonus.
SALARY: ₹1.8 – 3 LPA (₹15,000 – 20,000/mo) + incentives
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
