Sr. Tech Hiring Executive Immediate Requirement
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:Recruitment and Onboarding:
• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers & CTO to develop clear and compelling job descriptions, identifying key skills and qualifications required.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, maintaining our reputation as an employer of choice.
Training and Development:
• Skill Development: Identify training needs for technology team employees and arrange for remote or in-person courses to enhance their skills. Secure budget approvals and oversee the execution of these training sessions.
• Technology Meetups: Organize and lead tech team participation in various technology meetups, conferences, and events both within and outside the office to promote continuous learning and networking.
Employee Engagement and Support:
• One-to-One Discussions: Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with tech team members to understand and address individual and team issues, providing guidance and support.
• Career Guidance: Assist employees in understanding their current roles and expectations, engage in candid conversations about career development, and ensure they receive the necessary support to achieve their career aspirations.
HR Functions:
• HR Strategy Alignment: Partner with teams to align HR strategies with business goals, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
• Employee Relations: Provide support on employee relations, performance management, and talent development initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on HR activities and employee performance, offering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of HR experience, particularly in technical recruitment and HR business partnering.
• Strong understanding of technical roles and relevant skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships across the organization.
• Proficient in HRIS and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
