Job Summary:
Interics Designs Pvt. Ltd is looking to hire a talented and experienced Space Designer & Project Manager for Exhibitions & Trade shows, Large Office Branding Projects, Experience Center & Technology center to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex space-related projects. This role involves coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing budgets and schedules, and ensuring mission success in line with technical and regulatory standards. Previous experience in handling projects like Experience Centre Design, Museum Design, Corporate Office Branding, Factory Branding, Retail Stores branding & Exhibition Design from concept to commissioning

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end project management for space missions including satellite development, launch coordination, or space-based infrastructure. Visualise, design and develop spatial concepts from ideation to final execution.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
· Collaborate with graphic designers, site execution team, and clients to shape environments that blend form and function.
Create mood boards, sketches, 3D models, technical drawings, and presentations to convey creative & innovation design ideas.
Conduct spatial analysis and site evaluations to ensure design feasibility and compliance.
• Oversee risk management, compliance, and quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Act as the primary liaison between internal teams, external contractors, clients, and regulatory agencies.
• Ensure alignment of technical development with mission goals and customer requirements.
• Manage change control, project documentation, and reporting to executive leadership.
• Support proposal development, including cost estimation, BOQ preparation and scheduling for future missions or funding opportunities.
• Oversee multiple projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality standards and innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with specific team leads to deliver multiple and multi-disciplinary projects on time and within budget.
• Stay current with trends in interior design and immersive experience design.
• Oversee material selection, lighting, signage and user flow to enhance the user experience.
Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree Retail Spaces & Exhibition / Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design from a recognized university.
• Strong and diverse design portfolio with demonstration of creativity and professionalism in various media.
• Software proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, 3D Max, Rhino, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office
