Job Description:
We are looking for dynamic multiple Sales Executives, Senior Sales Executives and Senior Sales Lead to join our team in New Delhi, focusing on product-based businesses, including Packaging, Warehouse Supplies, and Horeca Products. These positions are instrumental in driving sales, achieving targets, and expanding our customer base.
Responsibilities:
Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for the assigned product categories.
Team Motivation: Inspire and motivate the sales team to enhance productivity and meet objectives.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies in line with company goals.
Product Category Sales: Ensure the successful realization of product category sales as per the established plans.
Customer Base Expansion: Manage and expand the customer base within the assigned geographic territory.
Customer Satisfaction: Prioritize high customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
Customer Visits: Regularly visit customers to build and strengthen relationships, understand their needs, and identify opportunities for business growth.
Business Forecasting: Provide accurate business forecasts, market trends, and insights to support decision-making.
Qualifications:
• Proven track record in sales, preferably in product-based businesses.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Ability to inspire and lead a sales team.
• Proficiency in sales strategies and target achievement.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong business forecasting and market analysis capabilities.
