Position: Sr Recruiter / Lead Recruiter

About the Role
We are expanding our recruitment team and looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sr Recruiters / Lead Recruiters with strong experience in technology hiring. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring for Tier 1 / Tier 2 IT clients and should be capable of managing end-to-end recruitment independently.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT/Technology positions across multiple skill sets.
• Work on Contract-to-Hire (C2H) requirements for Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT clients.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, references, and other sourcing channels.
• Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with clients and candidates.
• Understand technical requirements and identify suitable talent within defined timelines.
• Maintain strong candidate pipelines and ensure continuous engagement.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and hiring metrics.
Required Skills & Experience
• 4+ years of experience in IT/Technology recruitment.
• Strong experience in C2H hiring is mandatory.
• Experience working with Tier 1 / Tier 2 IT clients.
• Excellent sourcing skills.
• Good understanding of technical skill sets and hiring trends.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills
