Job Title: Power Platform Developer
Location: Bangalore, India (Remote options available)

Role Overview
We are seeking a talented and experienced Power Platform Developer to join our dynamic team. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into efficient and scalable Power Platform applications.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and deploy Power Platform solutions, including Power BI dashboards, Power Apps, and Power Automate flows, to meet client requirements.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Customize and configure Dataverse (formerly known as Common Data Service) to model data and integrate with Power Platform applications.
• Implement best practices for Power Platform development, including security, performance optimization, and scalability.
• Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and delivery activities, ensuring timely completion and high-quality deliverables.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any technical issues or concerns.
Requirements
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in agile software development, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform development.
• Proficiency in building Power BI reports and dashboards, creating canvas and model-driven Power Apps, and designing Power Automate workflows.
• Strong understanding of Dataverse data modelling concepts and experience with customizing entities, fields, and relationships.
• Experience with Azure services, Co-pilot, Microsoft AI and cloud-based development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Microsoft certifications in Power Platform (such as Power Platform App Maker or Power Platform Functional Consultant).
