As a Sr. Phlebotomist at MNR Solutions Private Limited, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of blood collection, from patient identification to sample analysis and record-keeping.
In this position, you will examine patients' identification cards, assess their medical history, and perform venipunctures or fingersticks to collect blood samples. You will use diagnostic tools to analyze the samples when required, prepare samples for shipping, and ensure accurate labeling. Your role also includes maintaining and calibrating lab equipment and placing orders for necessary supplies.

Responsibilities:
• Examine patients' identification cards to verify their identity and personal information.

• Analyze blood samples using diagnostic tools and prepare them for shipping.

Requirements:
• Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in phlebotomy.
