Qualification: Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical, Production, or Tool Engineering
Timings: 9am to 7pm

Job Summary
We are hiring a skilled CAM Programmer with experience in programming and setting Vertical Machining Centres using NX or Master Cam software. The ideal candidate should be able to handle precision aerospace components involving tight tolerances, GD&T, and complex geometries.
Core Responsibilities
Programming & Simulation: Develop, verify, and optimize CNC programs (3 to 5-axis milling, turn-mill) using CAM software (Siemens NX or Master cam). Perform virtual setup and collision checking.
Process Planning: Create process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and setup sheets. Analyse engineering drawings and GD&T to ensure manufacturability.
Cycle Time & Cost Reduction: Continuously analyse machining parameters to improve surface finishes, extend tool life, and reduce setup and machining times.
Tooling & Fixturing: Select appropriate cutting tools, holders, and design custom jigs and fixtures. Manage tool libraries
Shop Floor Support & Troubleshooting: Prove out new programs on CNC machines and provide hands-on technical guidance to CNC machinists and junior engineers.
Quality & OEE Improvement: Implement Lean manufacturing principles to minimize scrap, reduce downtime, and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
Required Skills & Experience
• 3-5 years of VMC programming and operations experience of Siemens CYC controllers and NX CAM
• Strong command of GD&T and machining tolerances
• Capable of troubleshooting program/machine/tool-related issues
Preferred qualifications
• Prior experience in aerospace or high-precision machining
• Knowledge of 4-axis/5-axis machining is a plus
