Job Description
Role : Senior manager / Manager - Sales (Corporate sales/managed office spaces,coworking space) - Candidates from IPCs preferred (JLL, Cush &Wakefield, Knight Frank, CBRE, Colliers Etc)
Location - Hyderabad
Notice Period - Immediate Joiners or 30 days max
Work Days - Monday to Saturday (2 & 4 Saturday off), 9.30 am to 6.30 pm , work from office
Reporting to GM/VP Sales
Knowledge of Local coworking space and managed office market experince is a MUST, Should have good connects with IPCs and Commercial brokers locally.
