Senior Sensory CoE Manager – Short Summary
Company: Kraft Heinz
Role: Lead Sensory Science team and product benchmarking for R&D.
Salary: $120,800 – $151,000/year + Bonus
Experience: 8+ years in Sensory Science/FMCG.
Education: Bachelor's (Master's/PhD preferred).
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor the Sensory Science team.
Manage product benchmarking and sensory research (QDA).
Provide sensory insights to R&D for product development.
Collaborate with R&D, Legal, Regulatory, and external partners.
Build relationships with external sensory organizations and represent the company at industry events.
