Experience Skills
Minimum 5-10 years in Risk/Compliance/Product Governance in BFSI, Fintech,
or Ecommerce
Should have worked on at least 2–3 product rollouts in financial services or ecommerce
business
Working knowledge of RBI/IRDAI/SEBI guidelines, ideally including experience
with PAC or New Product Approval frameworks
Excellent documentation, stakeholder management, and critical thinking
Eye for detail
Roles Responsibilities
Review and approve new product launches
o Check for regulatory compliances
o Identify operational, fraud, tech and operational risks
Co-ordinate with cross functional teams
o Work with Product, Legal, Risk, Tech, InfoSec, and Business teams
o Lead PAC meetings with all stakeholders
Maintain documentation and audit readiness
o Prepare and maintain checklists, SOPs, PAC notes
o Ensure traceability for audit and regulatory review
Ensure the adherence to TAT while maintaining the QC
Ensure regular dashboards are released to all stakeholders
Experience in building and managing system-based approval mechanism
