Job Description
Job Title: HR Business Partner
Location: Bangalore
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the business context and objectives to align talent strategies effectively.
• Collaborate with leaders and managers to consult on and implement strategic workforce planning initiatives.
• Assist in the rollout and execution of programs aimed at enhancing the effectiveness of the business unit.
• Provide continuous consulting support to leaders and managers on both daily operations and long-term talent management content.
• Identify and assess talent needs, risks, and gaps; utilize talent management tools to develop and implement actionable plans.
• Partner with business leaders and HR stakeholders to drive key talent initiatives across the organization.
• Work with leaders to promote a culture of meritocracy and transparency within the organization.
• Design and implement talent management practices to foster a high-performing workforce.
• Act as a liaison with Employee Relations to effectively address and resolve employee grievances.
• Collaborate with various HR functionssuch as Talent Development, Staffing, Compensation & Benefits, Diversity & Inclusion, and HR Operationsto ensure seamless service delivery to employees.
• Work alongside Line HR counterparts in other regions to advance business unit talent priorities and initiatives.
• Oversee the implementation and integration of HR and business unit initiatives for assigned areas of responsibility.
• Take ownership of talent-related metrics, performing analysis and developing action plans based on insights gained.

• Proven experience in executing and implementing workforce strategies effectively.
• Strong ability to influence and engage with senior leadership across the organization.
• Proficient in handling and interpreting data, with the ability to derive actionable insights to support decision-making.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with various functional teams to achieve common goals.
Required Qualifications:
• Over * years of professional experience, including 3+ years focused on implementing workforce strategies.
• Masters in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources.
