Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Senior LCMS Engineer. The Sr. LCMS Engineer will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of LCMS equipment to ensure optimum performance. Other responsibilities include providing technical support to customers, conducting training sessions on the operation and application of LCMS systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction. You will also work on developing technical documentation and maintaining service logs and compliance records.
Qualifications
• Strong expertise in LC-MS instrumentation, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair
• Knowledge of chromatography and mass spectrometry principles and applications
• 7-10 years experiance in workibg with HRMS systems.
• Hands-on experience developing and optimizing analytical methods
• Proficiency in technical documentation and maintaining comprehensive service records
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and diagnostic skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and teams
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Elecronics, instrumentstion, Bio medical or Analytical Sciences
• Industry experience in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or a related field is an advantage
• Willingness to travel to customer locations within India as required
