Job Description:-
We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee and manage multiple renovation and interior design projects. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed profitably, on time, and to the satisfaction of our clients.
Major Key Responsibilities:
Daily Planning & Briefing: Plan daily activities, assign tasks, and align the team with project objectives.
Client Interaction: Welcome new clients, gather requirements, and pitch services.
Task Coordination: Assign and clarify tasks for Site and Project Engineers based on project scope.
Vendor & Supplier Selection: Select vendors, manage design approvals, and handle quotation preparation.
Project Monitoring: Ensure projects progress as planned and resolve any issues that arise.
Team & Target Management: Support team members in achieving their targets while meeting your own.
Client & Project Follow-Ups: Regularly follow up on client needs and project progress.
Reporting: Provide daily updates to management on project status and team performance.
End-of-Day Review: Review completed tasks and plan for the next day.
Requirements:
Proven experience in project management within the renovation or interior design industry.
Strong leadership, Team management communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and ensure client satisfaction.
Hand on working in 2D or 3D design
Software :- AutoCAD/SketchUp/V-ray
