Sr Human Resources Executive Recruitment HR Operations

Position : Sr. HR Executive (Recruitment + HR Operations)

Industry : IT (Product Development)

We are looking for an HR executive who has proven experience in working and managing end-to-end recruitment for IT candidates.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Screen incoming resumes and application forms
- Design and update job descriptions
- Perform pre / post interview activities like orientations, selecting, screening, interviewing, -finalizing, onboarding procedures, etc.
- Design workplace policies i.e SOP, employee attendance and punctuality, etc.
- Ensure smooth operations on a regular basis e.g. attendance, employee performance, payroll, salary, a record of new staff, etc.
- Should be acquainted with different platforms of hiring like Indeed, LinkedIn, etc. to source the right candidates within the time period as required for the company

Qualifications

- Candidates from IT companies will be given first preference
- The candidate must be living in Ahmedabad
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- 2 to 5 years experience in Human Resources
- Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
- Demonstrated expertise in training managers and employees
- Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communications skills
- Attention to detail and good judgment

Qualification : Bachelor / Master

Reporting to : Director

Working Time : 0+ : 30 AM to 06 : 30 PM

Working Days : Monday to Saturday
