Job Description
Job Description Mission / Position Headline: Supports HR operational excellence and drives digital system implementation. Ensures continuously optimized HR services and process automation, full-cycle system deployment, and compliance with user experience and business continuity standards.
Areas of Responsibilities:
• Daily System Maintenance:
• Provides user support, handles inquiries and operational issues.
• Manages the system, performs regular system checks, coordinates with IT or vendors to resolve failures; undertakes daily maintenance and optimization to ensure stable, efficient operation.
• Conducts regular account access reviews and clean-ups to enforce the principle of least privilege.
• Organizes FAQs and solutions, builds a knowledge base for efficient user support.
• Change Requirements Management:
• Collaborates with vendors and IT teams to align requirements, implement solutions, and drive system change management and rollout.
• System Project Implementation:
• Leads or deeply participates in full-cycle system implementation, including requirement gathering, solution planning, system configuration, and business process setup.
• Manages project process, allocates resources, tracks progress, identifies and mitigates risks to ensure system on-time delivery.
• Continuously analyze HR processes and tools, drive the implementation of automation, digitalization, and innovative technology applications, and achieve business standardization and operational efficiency.
• Compliance & Security Management:
• Implements guidelines and standards per IT processes and policies to ensure systems comply with legal, regulatory, and company policy requirements.
• Education and Experience:
• Education - Minimum bachelor’s or master’s degree in subjects as Human Resources, business administration, computer science, etc.
• Experience - At least 5 years of demonstrated success as HR operation and HRIT / HR Information system related role. Prior experience in HR digital projects is preferred.
