Job Description
Organizes, coordinates, and superviseemployees and activities at project site to ensure an effective and efficient projectsite operation that meets safety, quality, and construction standards.
Lead, organize, plan, Mobilization ofNew Site set-up and coordinate with Project Managers , Site Managers , EHS and controlProject site construction activities Schedule/Progress.
Assigns work to Project site personnelto attain objectives using knowledge of processes, company policies, site executionschedules, work orders, equipment capacity and employee capabilities.
Readily perceives and effectivelyresponds to schedules and site activities flows essential to supervising highlyproductive, cost-effective, quality-oriented operations.
Responsible for resource Planning atSites , materials management.
Customer Interface.
Claim Management.
Effective project site contractormanagement.
Responsible for implementation of Safety and Quality Management at projectsites.
Review of EHS Plan, HIRA, Tool BoxTalks, UA/ UC NM.
Project Site closure and handover towarranty phase/ Customer as per contract.
Responsible for effective site legalcompliance, statuary aspects and site EHS.
For Supervision sites responsible forField Services Representatives deployment , technical support for site issues , co- ordination withcustomer to meet schedules.

Diploma /Bachelor s degree inMechanical engineering with 10 years experience in Installation commissioning of
Power plants projects sites. Experiencein Steam Turbine Auxiliaries installation and commissioning ispreferable.
Hands on experience on Auto-cad , MSProjects.
Read and interpret drawings .
Proficient in structural , IBR / NIBR piping fabrication / NDT.
Ability to understand and apply projectsite safety procedures.
Ability to learn and understandsoftware and complete transactions pertaining to project sites operations,excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrates ability to supervisediverse work groups in a team environment using effective listening, coaching,training, investigative and problem-solving skills, ability to exerciseinitiative, sound judgment and effective time management in a fast-pacedenvironment with limited supervision.
