Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and growth-driven Sales and Marketing professional to expand our presence in the cosmeceutical and personal care market. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic relationships with distributors, contract manufacturing organizations, the personal care industry and any other relevant stakeholders, while driving revenue growth and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities within the cosmeceutical and skincare segment.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective sales strategies.
• Conduct product presentations, promotional activities, and client meetings.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support brand development and sales initiatives.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business development plans.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and negotiation, order closure, and payment follow-up.
• Coordinate with technical, regulatory, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure seamless order execution and customer satisfaction.
• Experience handling technical sales and commercial negotiations with manufacturing companies.
Qualifications
•Bachelor's degree in marketing, Chemistry, Cosmetics, Lifesciences, Biotechnology
•MBA optional
Experience & Skills
• Proven experience in business development, sales & marketing.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Strong experience in B2B sales, distributor management, and business development.
• Experience in launching new products or developing new markets will be an added advantage.
