Job Title: Senior Executive - Performance Marketing (Google Ads)

Our mission is to empower individuals to achieve their musical aspirations through a blend of expert instruction and innovative technology.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive to manage and optimize our Google Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of hands-on experience in running successful ad campaigns, with a strong understanding of performance marketing principles. Agency experience is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimization strategies.
Perform keyword research, write ad copy, and manage bidding strategies.
Monitor and analyze website traffic and user behavior to improve campaign effectiveness.
Manage a monthly advertising budget of at least 1 crore.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Google Ads and performance marketing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Qualifications:
2 to 3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
Proven experience managing ad campaigns with a monthly budget of at least 1 crore.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
Excellent understanding of Google Ads platform, tools, and metrics.
Agency experience is a plus.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Work Schedule:
First 6 months: Monday - Friday (in-office), Saturday (Work From Home)
After 6 months: Monday - Friday (in-office), Weekends off
Timings: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹+00,000.00 per year
