Job Description
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES:
l To develop new maintenance procedures and ensure proper implementation.
l To regularly carry-out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve problems and issues.
l To make Planning and execution for all repair and installation activities.
l To handle equipment inventory and place orders for the same when necessary.
l Manage relationships and follow-ups with service providers like AMC providers.
l To ensure that all health and safety policies are complied with as per standard prevailing and ISO documentation.
l Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
l Maintain equipment logs that records performance, problems, repairs, calibrations, and tests.
l Machine wise and general Spare parts management with daily uses logs and stock list.
l Management of all maintenance functions including preventive, corrective and emergency maintenance of equipment.
l To inspect, operate and test machinery or equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions and take corrective action accordingly.
l Prioritising machine maintenance and ensuring machine technicians’ safety while operating machines.
l Breakdown and scheduled maintenance of Air compressor, DG sets, UPS.
l Ensuring drives, motors, belts, check fluid levels, replace filters, and perform other maintenance actions, following checklists.

Baddi, Himachal Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
