ROLE : HR Generalist

LOCATION : Pune
REPORTING TO : Regional Manager ( West )
ROLE PURPOSE:
The key objective of the role is to enhance the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.

FINANCIAL PERSPECTIVE
• Controlling the cost of all to-be-hired employee payroll system
• Tracks incentive calculations
• Employee CTC analyze
EMPLOYEE PERSPECTIVE
• Conducting a survey on best customer service practices and updating the Operation team
• Maintains excellent relationships with employees through superior employee orientation programs
• Designing award orientation programs for performing employees
• Employee integrity monitoring
INTERNAL BUSINESS PERSPECTIVE
• Contributes information, ideas, and research to help develop employee performance
• Helps to improve grooming standards, presentation skills, hygiene, and relationship management of employees
• Sets standard HR rules and regulations to overcome administration disorders
• Implements and adheres to company policies and procedures
• Work closely with the corporate office HR Manager, Regional Manager West, and Clinic managers on a daily basis to keep up a good sales trend.
LEARNING AND GROWTH PERSPECTIVE
• Be well aware of all the services provided by Adgrohair Hair Clinic.
• Attend industry-based exhibitions, conferences and events.
• Attends trade shows and travels to visit studios in metro cities if needed

• Area wise employee motivation and performance enhancement

WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:
INTERNAL: RM, Franchise owners, IT, Operations
EXTERNAL: Labour department, Govt bodies.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
