ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment and Selection
Payroll management
Training and development
Resolve issues related to salary slips, PF, ESIC or any other HR & admin related issues
Admin bills processing for respective project
Security Service Management (Deployment & Supervision)
Maximum effective utilization of ERP for HR module (Payroll Mgmt.) & Admin bill processing in ERP Module & follow-up for timely payment
Designing Job Descriptions & KRAs / KPIs
EDUCATION: MASTER DEGREE IN MANAGEMENT
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
