Needs to know how to handle multiple stores
Conduct weekly ROR audits in the BR parlors to ensure maintenance of:
Retail Food Safety Standards
Statutory compliances
Integrity of Brand standards
Keep continuous track of the performance of existing outlets of in assigned cluster.
Regularly meet with franchisees in the territory / area to discuss and resolve issues related to parlor management
and
Monitor the moves of close competitors; following up & generating report for the territory
