Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Act as a single point of contact for management of assigned agencies.
• Meet or exceed the assigned target on a monthly as well as yearly basis, ensuring positive gain on MS from assigned agencies.
• Push Multi GDS agents to maximize their productivity with respect to the current productivity.
• Should have good business acumen and negotiation skills.
• Good interpersonal skills with ability to seek support from cross functional teams.
• Monitor the performance of sole agents on a regular basis as required and also conduct formal review meetings with the top performing agencies.
• Manage the whole business process starting from lead generation to lead close.
• Proactively prospect for new customers and give presentations.
• Be aware of new agency, players & continuously follow newspapers, articles, portal etc. for leads.
• Collect adequate information about competitor’s products and their offerings.
• Contact potential customers, asses their needs and demonstrate how amadeus products can provide them with the desired solution.
• Evaluate business requirement, document and submit it to reporting manager for approval.
• Work closely with other departments for processing of orders.
• Update product knowledge on a regular basis.
• Ensure hardware accountability in terms of no. of orders to be processed and no. of de-installations to be carried on.
• Ensure that service visits and agency are called on a daily basis as per Objectives.
• Monitor the performance of other agencies which are being assigned and ******** immediate senior if there is any change in the performance of the agents.
• Keep a track on competitor’s activities and prepare a plane as how to tackle it.
• Monitor all investments in his agencies i.e. low producing/Hardware.
• Ensure continuous visits to competitions accounts and secure business.
• Control and monitor CPS in the present accounts.
• Promote and ensure high usage of all deployed products.
Requirement :
Graduate
Freshers with Good Communication also preferred
