Responsibilities :

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our influencer marketing strategy evaluate our influencer marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with key team members.

You will have a strong YouTube background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

· Coordinate and execute the influencer marketing and communication activities according to our marketing plan

· Study and understand the workings of YouTube

· Follow the ever-changing trends of YouTube to keep tabs on content that works

· Avidly find out the best influencers on YouTube who are change-makers in the skincare industry

· Build a substantial contact base of such influencers for weekly and monthly activities

· Follow up with them on regular basis and invest in relationship management with them

· Operationally be on top of sending them goodies and being constantly in touch with them

· A content enthusiast who would know how to leverage different influencers and get the best content out of them

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

· 3+ years' experience in Influencer marketing

· Ability to multi-task

· Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
