Position Description: JAIPUR RUGS is eager to welcome a leader to take up the portfolio of Sr Executive/ Asst Manager Export. The position will be based in its Head Office (HO) – Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. The specific responsibilities of the position holder will be (though not restricted to) the following.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparation of all export documents (such as Quotations, Proforma Invoice, Purchase Orders, Marking, Labelling, Commercial Invoice & Packing List…etc.)
Coordination with freight forwarders for transacting daily shipments and to find the desirable transportation method & to ensure that shipments are in compliance with the laws and regulations governing the export industry.
Preparation of documents required for custom clearance (such Export Declarations or any other documents depending upon the requirement).
Keeping track of remittances received and providing settlement instructions to finance department. Processing of all incoming queries from export customers such as stock availability, samples requirement or any other request in relation with work. Maintaining all customer data including agreements, pricing, orders, feedback...etc.
Logistics management of both Domestic & International import & export.
Management of Government incentives related to export and import.
Generation of MIS Reports.
Other duties as assigned by the reporting head.
Qualifications and Experience:
Degree in Marketing, (International) Business, Finance or any other related Field.
Above 5 years of experience in a Export Manufacturing firm.
Skills and Competencies:
Customer Relation Management.
Facilitating communication & coordination in English language.
Candidate should knowledge of Banking & ECGC, advance license, GSP, ROSTL, COO, IC gate Clearance, HS Code, DBK & govt. incentive scheme etc. Skills Sets
Mandatory---------- Overall knowledge of Import export documentation.

Compensation
Salary and other perks would be in line with the candidates overall present and/or past work experience, knowledge and skills. No constraint for the right and deserving candidate.
