Embedded or Automotive software development experience in a production environment
Experience in UI development, web, iOS, Android, or native Linux application
Proficiency in Dart\TypeScript\Objective C\Kotlin\Swift
Base knowledge of operating systems level interactions – interaction with file systems, user access management controls, command line interface, file structures, software build/deployment
Possess a keen sense and understanding of UX design, focusing on the customer experience and ensuring usability and satisfaction
Prior work experience on projects of various size, organization, and technical architecture
Japanese business communication skills
Excellent communication skills, engaging design, product, project management, stakeholders, and leadership to explain objectives in a language that fits the audience
Can clearly explain past failures and how things could have been approached differently
A positive attitude and a desire to dig deep and learn
Must Have
Valid US visa
Responsibilities
As an Embedded Software Tech Lead, shall be responsible for multiple feature development and team management for infotainment production environment
Accountable to realize the functions and to achieve the performance targets according to the project objectives
Lead team to develop complex software, requiring interactions with other teams, balancing trade-offs and compromises to deliver on time
Proactive Communication – drives discussions to reach an actionable outcome
Required to design, develop and test the embedded applications on hardware based on customer requirement
Required to take the responsibility of multiple modules\features including requirement analysis, design, development, bug fixes and status reports along with team management activities
Required to work on customer location minimum of 3 days a week
