• Amazon/Flip-kart Seller Account Management.
• Advertisement Management for Amazon Flipkartseller portal.
• Deal and Promotion creation in the Amazon & Flip-kart portal.
• Business Report Analytics in the Amazon & Flip-kart seller portal.
• Profit and loss calculation for the Amazon & Flip-kart portal.
• Strong customer relationship management.
• Inventory forecast suggestions to clients.
• Monitor and analyse competitor listings to identify trends, pricing strategies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Consulting with clients to determine their advertising needs and preferences.
• Discussed ideas and advertising strategies with clients and assisted them in developing advertising campaigns.
• Liaising with clients to organize promotional events that fit in with the marketing campaign's goals.
Requirements
• A graduate degree in any field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in the e-commerce industry.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Previous experience in the e-commerce sector is preferred.
