Role Overview

We’re seeking a Senior Creative Visualizer with a strong conceptual mind, a keen sense of cultural awareness, and a distinctive flair for storytelling. In this role, you will be the creative force behind our e-cards - developing visuals that connect emotionally, celebrate universally, and delight users across cultures, with a particular focus on the US market.
Key Responsibilities
• Conceptualize, design, and deliver visually compelling, high-quality e-cards.
• Lead and mentor a cross-functional creative team - comprising copywriters, graphic designers, and musicians - to produce cohesive, integrated creative outputs.
• Translate abstract ideas and emotional cues into visually impactful storytelling concepts.
• Ensure brand consistency while infusing fresh, innovative, and culturally relevant ideas.
• Stay ahead of design trends, digital content formats, and global visual culture.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to align creative vision with product strategy.
What We’re Looking For
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Visualizer in a digital media company, creative agency, or design-led platform.
• Strong expertise in visual communication, composition, typography, and color theory.
• Deep understanding of human emotions, social trends, and cultural nuances.
• Demonstrated exposure to US culture, lifestyle, pop culture, and digital media references.
• Familiarity with global and regional festivals, celebrations, and life events to create contextually relevant work.
• Strong command of visual metaphors, idioms, and cultural expressions to enhance emotional impact.
• Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or equivalents).
• Ability to balance creativity with business objectives, ensuring both artistic excellence and market relevance.
• Background or interest in philosophy, psychology, or spirituality is a significant advantage.
• A humanist outlook: genuine curiosity about what makes people connect, celebrate, and care.
