About the Role
SuperBottoms is looking for a highly creative and strategic Sr. Creative Designer to build and elevate the brand’s visual identity across all digital and offline touchpoints. You will conceptualize, lead, and deliver high-impact visual stories that drive both brand love and performance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Creative Direction (Imagery + Design Language)
Define and implement the brand’s visual identity across platforms.
Build creative systems—templates, guidelines, and scalable design structures.
Partner with content & marketing teams to create cohesive visual narratives.
Experiment with modern formats for reels, stories, carousels, packaging, and UGC-style visuals.
2. Campaign Design & Ideation
Conceptualize and execute visual campaigns for brand, product, and digital initiatives.
Design high-performing creatives for Meta, YouTube, and other ad platforms.
Ensure designs deliver clarity of message with strong emotional and brand connect.
3. AI & Innovation
Use tools like Midjourney, Runway, Figma AI, and DALL·E to speed up ideation.
Introduce automation and innovations without compromising creative quality.
4. Brand & Product Storytelling
Bring the brand story alive through packaging, campaigns & social content.
Create visual frameworks for hero launches and new product releases.
5. Leadership & Collaboration
Lead and mentor the design team, freelancers, and external creative partners.
Work closely with content, marketing, performance, brand & product teams.
Maintain consistency, quality, and alignment with SuperBottoms’ design ethos.

Brand visual identity & design language guidelines
Campaign concepts (static + video)
Product storytelling templates
Monthly visual content calendar
Mood boards for new launches
Creative playbooks for consistency across teams
