Responsibilities:

Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities, pipeline, and results to senior management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development in the staffing industry in India.
Strong understanding of the staffing industry and market trends in India.
Proven track record of generating new business opportunities and increasing revenue in the staffing industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel within India.
