Role Overview
You will lead the next level of growth for the brand with a keen focus on improving the brand’s share of voice in the customers mind. This will include a special focus on social platforms: Instagram, and YouTube but will not be limited to this. You will also be involved in integrated marketing initiatives for the brand. Thus you will be required to be a seasoned brand marketer with a special focus on social media. You’ve built and executed campaigns that seamlessly integrate social into broader brand strategies.
Job Description
• Own brand campaign development with a focus on leveraging social platforms for maximum impact.
• Manage stakeholders and deliver on daily marketing requirements across channels.
• Build and execute innovative social strategies that drive engagement and align with brand goals.
• Lead performance ads creation for the team.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure social fits cohesively within omni channel campaigns.
• Stay ahead of trends, platform updates, and cultural movements to keep campaigns relevant.
Job Requirements/Mandatory Skills
• 6+ years of experience in brand marketing, with a proven track record in social strategy and execution.
• Expertise in managing social channels as part of integrated brand campaigns.
• A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with a focus on delivering results.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to manage cross-functional teams and partners.
• Creativity: Strong grasp of Indian internet trends and pop culture.
• Organized & Adaptable: Capable of managing multiple projects.
Mandatory Traits ( Non -negotiables ):
• Strong grasp of social media management within integrated brand campaigns.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Creativity with a deep understanding of Indian internet trends & pop culture .
• Highly organized , adaptable, and capable of managing multiple projects.
